Project Incharge

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an Engineering Course.
  • With 5 years experience in Construction.
  • With at least 3 years work experience preferably in a managerial
  • Capacity handling project management in a constraction business
  • Proficient in both oral and written communication
  • Computer literate

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the Project Manager/Operations Manager
  • Reviews contract requirements and approved shop drawings and other submittal data needed.
  • Monitors daily accomplisments of the project.
  • Coordinates with other contractors regarding the condition and schedule of work.
  • Attend meetings with owner, consultants, contractor and other trades for coordination of the building services drawings.
  • Ensures proper preparation of as-built drawings, inspection and initialing each deviation or revision as well as certifies its accuracy.
  • Reviews mechanical submittals for compliance in specification and other requirements.
  • Attends construction weekly coordination meeting.
  • Coordinates with mechanical consultants and contractor.
  • Supervise/coordinate installation of HVAC and other mechanical works.
  • Other related works.

 

QA/QC Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an Engineering Course.
  • With at least 1 year related work experience, preferably gained from a construction business.
  • Has familiarity, extensive exposure or with previous training on various quality control procedures and system.
  • Good in oral and written communication.
  • Computer Literate

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the assistant Project Manager, or in his absence, to the Project Manager.
  • Responsible for the preparation of quality procedures to be adopted and implemented at the site, and seeks approval from the principal contractor.
  • Ensures that only top quality goods are being supplied as per procurement.
  • Oversees the implementation of the detailed quality assurance and control plan.
  • Reviews audit findings and implements necessary improvements and corrective action.
  • Performs quality control inspection and construction activities to ensure compliance with contract specifications. When the results reveal any non-compliance with applicable specifications, directs immediate and appropriate corrective actions.
  • Reviews in detail all submitted shop drawings, certification of compliance, manufacturer litarature, material sample, and guarantee equipment data.
  • Conducts periodic site inspection and test, and prepares reports. When corrective action requests have been raised, undertakes follow-up action to determine the effectiveness and completion of the action.
  • Responsible for the control of documents at the construction site.
  • Reviews approved design documents prior to implementation to ensure effective quality assurance-control.
  • Ensures that approved design documents are properly controlled and used at the construction site.

Safety Officer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably of an engineering course or equivalent.
  • With at least 1 year related work experience, preferably gained from a construction business.
  • Good in oral and written communication.
  • Computer Literate

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the Assistant Project Manager, or in his absence, to the Project Manager
  • Enforces the prescribed site safety rules and regulations.
  • Ensures that all work permits are secured prior to the implementation of the project.
  • Resposible for the compliance of all workers in satisfying the minimum and additional safety requirements (eg PPE).
  • Maintains the cleanliness and upkeep of the project office and the work areas.
  • Responsible for the workers’ compliance and observance of personal hygiene.
  • Prepares reports on accidents, violations of safety standard and requirements, and recommends penalties and sanctions against erring workers.
  • Schedules orientation and induction seminars on safety for all works
  • Conducts “tool Box” meetings wih the workers
  • Coordinates with the General Contractor’s Safety Officer on matters related to safety.
  • Conducts Aspect Impact Assessment For Project Sites or Main Plant/Warehouse (wherever assigned).
  • In the absence of a Safety Manager coordinates with third party Work Environment Measurement (WEM) consultant to conduct WEM at the Main Plant/Warehouse (for Safety Officer assigned to Main Warehouse).

Supervisor (Duct, Mechanical & Electrical)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an Engineering Course.
  • With at least 1 year related work experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity and gained from a construction business.
  • Good in oral and written communication

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the Plant Manager/ Project In-charge (PIC)
  • Directly supervises the workers in the actual performance of their job.
  • Evaluates the actual working conditions and situations, and recommends systems and methods for more efficient performance in under taking the project activities.
  • Ensures that instructions and directives by the Plant Manager / PIC are carried out.
  • Other related works.
Site Secretary / Document Controller

Qualifications:

  • College graduate.
  • With at least 1 year related work experience, preferably gained from a construction business.
  • Has exposure in handling general administrative or office management work/duties.
  • Good in oral and written communication.
  • Computer Literate

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the Project Manager and Department Heads
  • Registers/ handles all incoming & outgoing documents of the site project (memo, correspondence, minutes of the meetings, For Construction Drawing (FCD), Soft & hard copy of construction plans such as Shop Drawing, CSD, ISD, ID Drawing, and RCP etc.
  • Reviews, sorts and controls documents all documents of the projects.
  • Monitors, Follow-up of all the site needs and coordinates projects activities.
  • Coordinates and assists documents for Quality Surveyor concerns such as Progress Billing & Billing Tracking of the project.
  • Coordinates and assists documents for Quality Assurance/ Quality Control concerns including technical documents and drawings such as submittals for Shop Drawings, Methodology & Material/Equipment.
  • Maintains updated records of all approved documents and drawings for easy traceability.
  • Make sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff. (Project Manager/PIC’s/QS/QAQC/CADD/Supervisor)
  • Maintains the files and control logs as required by the project.
  • Maintains Master list of Quality records of all project documents.
  • Maintains an electronic files of all documents of the projects.
  • Prepare Minutes of the Meeting
  • Recieves and transmit documents of the projects & furnishes Top Management with all important correspondences from clients via email or hard copy.
  • Manage Administrative Task of the project including:
    Admin Conerns- monitoring and safekeeping of Project Contract, Amendments, Bonds or any admin works related.
  • Accounting works- handling revolving fund/ pretty cash, cash request or any accounting works related.
    HR concerns- assists workers & staff concerns with regard to the mandatory benefits file like SSS/ PHILHEALTH/ PAGIBIG, Cash Advance & Financial Assistant.
  • Immediate task given by the Project Manager/ Construction Manager/ PIC’s/ QAQC/ QS/ Supervisor and other related works that may assign from time to time.
Time keeper

 

Qualifications:

  • At least college graduate.
  • With at least 1 year related work experience
  • Good in oral and written communication
  • Computer Literate

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the Project Manager
  • Monitor the Absences/late/AWOL of workers and staff.
  • Monitors in and out of all personnel.
  • Prepare Letters, notices, memoranda and other announcement with the approval of the Project Manager.
  • Formulate and implement internal policies regarding timekeeping by the approval of the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate with the safety officers/supervisors/engineers the status of the workers.
  • Coordinate company-wide activities a advised by Admin Main.
  • Other related works.

 

Warehouse Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Preferably college graduate or at least high school level or with equivalent experience.
  • Preferably with related work experience in general warehouse operations/activities.
  • Computer Literate

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the warehouseman/Plant Manager
  • Assists the Warehouseman in all his/her activities.
  • Ensures availability of all materials, tools, and equipment that will be needed in the implementation of the project.
  • Keeps an inventory of all materials, tools, and equipment on stock.
  • Keeps a record of all deliveries of materials, tools and equipment to the project site.
  • Keeps a record of all materials, tools, and equipment issued to persons or various operating units of the Project Office and or the company.
  • Assits the warehouseman in the preparation and submission of regular inventory or stock position reports to the Plant Manager, and informs him of the inventory level so that requisitions can be made before the task in site/Company are all consumed.
  • Controls the daily issuance and return of tools and equipment by the workers.
  • Ensures that all plants, tools, and equipment are in good operating conditions are properly calibrated before use.
  • Recommends repairs and/or replacements of damaged/unserviceable tools and equipment
  • Other related works.
Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an engineering course and preferably license engineer.
  • With at least 1 year related work experience, preferably gained from a construction business
  • Good in oral and written communication.
  • Computer Literate

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the Assistant Project Manager, or in his absence, to the Project Manager.
  • Prepares cost estimates for mechanical works.
  • Evaluate trade contractor and suppliers bid and billings.
  • Preapares bar chart schedule and s-curve.
  • Prepares monthly Project accomplisment billing.
  • Quantity take-off and cost estimates of variation orders.
  • Prepare additive and deductive works.
  • Review bid against construction drawing and prepare cost effect evaluation.
  • Review construction drawing and specifications.
  • Accomplishes report against the general schedule of the project.
  • Prepared Two (2) weeks “look ahead” schedule.

A/C Technician

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with 2 years equivalent technical degree or minimum of high school education.
  • With at least 1 year related work experience, preferably gained from a construction business.
  • Good in oral and written communication
  • Computer Literate

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the TSG Assistant / Engineer In Charge.
  • Conduct inspection and evaluation of the defective equipment reported by the costumer.
  • Conduct trouble shooting & repair.
  • Prepare reports.

Pipe Fitter

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with 2 years equivalent technical degree or minimum high school education
  • Preferably with related work experience in duct fabrication

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to Foreman.
  • Does actual duct work fabrication as per Fabrication Work Order Requirements.
  • Classifies the fabricated ductworks for delivery
  • Implements the 5s – HouseKeeping Program.
  • Performs other Plant-Operation duties as required by the Plant Manager.
  • Other related work.
  • Reviews in detail all submitted shop drawings, certification of compliance, manufacturer litarature, material sample, and guarantee equipment data.
Duct Fabricator

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with 2 years equivalent technical degree or minimum high school education.
  • WPreferably with related work experience in duct fabrication.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to Foreman.
  • Does actual duct work fabrication as per Fabrication Work Order Requirements.
  • Classifies the fabricated ductworks for delivery
  • Implements the 5s – HouseKeeping Program.
  • Performs other Plant-Operation duties as required by the Plant Manager.
  • Other related works.
Tinsmith

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with 2 years equivalent technical degree or minimum high school education.
  • Has experienced in a wide range of duct fabrication works

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to Plant Manager/ Supervisor.
  • Responsible in actual cutting of different types of ducts according to Fabrication Work Order requirements.
  • Implements the 5S Housekeeping Program.
  • Other related works.
Welder/Fabricator

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with 2 years equivalent technical degree or minimum high school education.
  • Preferably an experienced welder.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to Plant Manager/ Supervisor
  • Welds and Fabricates assorted types of materials accessories needed for the project.
  • Performs other plant-operation duties are required by the Plant Manager/ Supervisor.
  • Other related works.
Machinist/Fabricator

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with 2 years equivalent technical degree or minimum high school education.
  • Preferably has work experience in lathe machine works.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the Plant Manager.
  • Fabricates tools and machine required by the project.
  • Fabricates parts and accessories needed for duct installation.
  • Performs other plant-operations duties are required by the Plant Manager.
  • Other related works.
Electrician

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with 2 years equivalent technical degree or minimum of high school education.
  • With at least 1 year related work experince, preferably gained from a construction business.
  • Good in oral and written communication.
  • Computer Literate

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the Foreman or Supervisor/Plant Manager.
  • Conduct electrical inspection and evaluation of the defective equipment reported by the internal/external costumer.
  • Conduct trouble shooting & repair of all electrical requirements.
  • Other related works.
Leadman

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with 2 years equivalent technical degree or minimum of high school education or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferably with related work experience In duct fabrication and installation work.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the Foreman.
  • Directly assists the foreman in watching over the workers in the actual performance of their jobs at the project site.
  • Heads the team of workers by ensuring that all work done on time and in good quality.
  • Other related works.
Driver/Mechanic

Qualifications:

  • Preferably high school graduate
  • Preferably with professional driver license and/or an experienced driver.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the Plant Manager.
  • Responsible for the delivery of material requirements needed on the site.
  • Responsible to deliver documents and purchased materials, and for other transport requirements.
  • Assists in the loading and unloading of materials for delivery.
  • Performs other Plant-operation duties as required by the Plant Manager
  • Other related works.
